Responsibilities :

Eyelash Extensions Application :

• Safely and hygienically prepare the client's eye area for eyelash extensions.
• Apply lash extensions with precision and attention to detail, following the spa's standards and protocols.

Client Communication :

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired lash look.
• Provide appropriate recommendations based on the client's eye shape, preferences, and facial features.

Brow Services (Bonus) :

Perform waxing and tinting services for brows as an additional skill set, if applicable.

Aftercare Education :

• Educate clients on proper lash aftercare and maintenance to ensure the longevity of the extensions.
• Provide detailed instructions and recommendations for at-home care.

Trend Awareness :

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and stay informed about industry developments.

Retail Sales :

• Assist with retail sales of beauty products related to lash and brow care.
• Provide product recommendations based on client needs and preferences.

Cleanliness and Hygiene :

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to strict hygiene standards and sterilization practices for all tools and equipment.

Client Satisfaction :

• Ensure a positive and satisfying experience for clients throughout their visit.
• Address any concerns or questions clients may have in a professional and friendly manner.

Team Collaboration :

• Collaborate with other salon team members to create a cohesive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Support and assist colleagues as needed.

Documentation :
