IT Helpdesk (Contract)

Job Summary :

Dexian is seeking a IT Helpdesk (Contract) for an opportunity with a client located in Des Moines, IA.

Responsibilities :

• Providing phone-based IT helpdesk support to internal users
• Supporting walk-up and meeting room technology needs during assigned rotations
• Troubleshooting hardware issues (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
• Supporting software and system access (O365, Teams, VPN, VDI, MFA, Active Directory)
• Documenting and managing tickets in ServiceNow
• Collaborating with team members and business partners across departments

Requirements :

ITIL
