We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and maintaining the integrity of our data systems.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and retrieving data accurately while ensuring compliance with organizational standards for data handling.
This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines..
Pay : $18.50 - $22.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities
- Inputting and updating data into various databases and systems
- Verifying and correcting data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Generating reports based on data analysis and data entry
- Maintaining data confidentiality and security practices
- Collaborating with team members to resolve discrepancies in data
- Assisting in the development and implementation of data entry procedures
- Performing regular data audits to identify and rectify errors
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Familiarity with data management software and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
