Job Requirements include :
- Advanced Quickbooks Enterprise experience, MS Excel, Outlook, and Paychex programs.
- Ability in Excel to create spreadsheets with basic formulas, AIA construction billing a plus.
- Ability in Quickbooks to handle all tasks of general bookkeeping for multiple companies / properties including : entering invoices, generating reports, filing, doing bank reconciliations, advanced journal entries and understanding of chart of accounts, all aspects of A / P and A / R.
- Excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills with attention to detail a must.
- Experience in Development, Construction, or Real Estate Management preferred
