Requirements

Project Engineer : This is where you come in.

We’re seeking a Project Engineer who excels in collaborating with both office and field teams to successfully complete large-scale projects.

Whether you're creatively tackling the renovation of an existing system or bringing an entirely new building to life, your contributions will be crucial.

The Project Engineer reports directly to a Senior Project Manager and is an integral part of a collaborative team, contributing to a wide range of projects and initiatives that drive our growing business.

This high-visibility role involves interaction with all levels and functions across the organization.

Top 3 things to deliver in the first year to be a hero :

  • Expand Your Expertise : Deepen your understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems by studying diligently and learning from the highly skilled professionals around you.
  • Hands-On Project Support : Contribute to the preparation of subcontracts, purchase orders, correspondence, field questions, and job write-ups to gain a comprehensive understanding of the building process.
  • Manage and Monitor Progress : Take charge of scheduling and tracking job progress, including the timely delivery of equipment and materials.

Your Background : What kind of person will thrive in this role?

A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. (Still in school?

Benefits

Compensation : $70,000-$90,000 annually
