Job Description :

This job is responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery and health of key digital capabilities or processes. Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into digital requirements and acceptance criteria, partnering with designers to develop client journeys, refining scope in collaboration with Technology teams, guaranteeing quality through business acceptance testing, and ensuring successful go-to-market.

Job expectations include leveraging subject matter expertise and digital acumen to define and deliver solutions that solve business problems.

Digital, Data and Global Marketing (DDGM) team integrates functionality across our digital platforms, maintaining our collective focus on creating a world-class digital experience for our clients across all lines of business.

Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into digital requirements and acceptance criteria, partnering with designers to develop client journeys, refining scope in collaboration with Technology teams, guaranteeing quality through business acceptance testing, and ensuring successful go-to-market.

Job expectations include leveraging subject matter expertise and digital acumen to define and deliver solutions that solve business problems.

This position is within the Digital Design and Delivery organization, and is focused on Global Banking Portfolio (Small Business, BB, GCB and GCIB) within the Core Banking Product Management team.

The role's primary responsibility is building and maintaining digital capabilities that improve our clients and bankers digital experience.

This teammate will have an eye for detail, a strong risk / legal / compliance focus, a creative and analytical approach to solving problems, and a passion to improve the customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader with a proven track record of successfully bringing next generation products, services and technologies to market.

The roles requires an individual with a strong mix of both Product and Project management capabilities.

As a Sr. Digital Manager, the successful candidate will be a bona fide leader with a trail of creditable deliveries (products, services, standards).

He / she makes relationships work and colleagues go out of their way to help them. We need someone creative, resourceful, and ready to bring the client experience our customers deserve.

Responsibilities :

  • Delivers world-class digital software solutions, meets business and client needs, and manages timing, budget, and scope constraints
  • Owns operational routines, governance, and best practices that guarantee industry leading go-to-market and a healthy performance for the bank's digital solutions
  • Oversees governance, risk management, use of data, and client feedback to drive feature roadmap and prioritization at the project level
  • Manages project planning, sprint, and release planning and contributes to the execution of the program roadmap leveraging Agile principles
  • Creates presentations and written materials and communicates in an effective and engaging manner to enhance project outcomes
  • Builds and maintains relationships across stakeholders and partners in order to effectively navigate the bank, ensure successful delivery of assigned work, and secure ongoing support for owned features
  • Leverages knowledge of the business to make informed decisions at every stage of the product development and sustainment lifecycle
  • Work closely with CXO and LOB teams to improve specific client / banker experiences in digital
  • Manages project planning, sprint, and release planning and contributes to the execution of the program roadmap leveraging Agile principles
  • Work with individuals from across the bank, including Technology, Legal, Risk and Compliance to execute changes to the experience
  • Mitigate risk to the bank by diving deep to ensure every experience is a good one
  • Use your Product-knowledge and Project Management experience to : organize, coordinate and drive results to make our clients / bankers lives better
  • Use associate and customer feedback along with data to drive prioritization of initiatives
  • Understand the customer experience, product features and functions
  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver defect remediation's, audit / regulatory mandates, and strategic enhancements
  • Analyze associate and customer feedback to inform recommendations
  • Interface with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to provide support for regulatory reviews

Required Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Subject matter expert on multiple business-related and technical-related topics and an ability to independently drive strategic improvements

  • Highly effective Relationship and Communications skills

  • Global Banking (Small Business, Business Banking, GCB, GCIB) line of business experience - one or multiple LOBs
