TheOpportunity
This is a part-timerole, working 24 hours per week, based in-person with our team andpatients at offices in Century City area in Los Angeles,CA.
As a Member Support Specialist (Part-Time)you will be an ambassador for patients in office, with a mastery ofhuman connection and a strong drive for service.
You will removebarriers to care, resulting in a truly exceptional in-officepatient experience. You are the steward of the space and ensure thelook and feel of the office lobby are on brand with the One Medicalexperience.
You will be the first point of contact for patientfeedback, as well as provide any other support as requested by theLeads, Office Manager, or in office providers.
You are a strong team player and use your innovativeproblem solving skills to tackle various tasks and challenges. Youhave a strong grasp of verbal and written communication.
You areable to identify opportunities and deliver on customer-centricsolutions while using empathy, focus, and compassion in allinteractions with patients and teammates.

What you'll likely workon :
- Use impeccableC-I-CARE (a framework containing the key elements of a greatinteraction and effective communication that we use with patientsand each other) in all patient interactions and ensure a fluid andpositive in-office experience through patient intake, same dayschedule management, appropriate follow up scheduling, strongknowledge of billing and insurance, monitoring patient feedback andassisting with outreach as necessary
- All frontof house duties including check in / check out, insuranceverification, printing / paperwork tasks, prepping tests, tasking toservice level expectations etc
- Contribute toteam development through rounding, attending team huddles,participating in team problem solving, supporting in officeproviders with ad hoc asks, etc.
- Masterour technology suite including but not limited to Slack, G-suite,Zoom, and our Electronic Medical Record System 1Life, in order tointeract with team members and patients and complete dailywork
- Perform opening and closing duties / dailyoffice upkeep as required, including maintaining the look and feelof both patient and employee facing spaces, restocking supplies,and organization

What you’llneed :
- At least 1 yearof experience in high touch customer or patient facingroles
- Strong written and verbalcommunication skills
- Experience workingon collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven multi-disciplinaryteams
- A proven track record ofpersisting through change, demonstrating a forward thinkingperspective when under pressure, and consistently stepping up totake action on challenges
- Proficiency incomputer technology such as typing, navigating the internet andusing multiple software systems simultaneously

This is a part-time role, working 24 hours perweek, based in-person with our team and patients at offices inCentury City area in Los Angeles, CA.
Schedule
Wed / Thursday - 1 : 30pm-10pm
Saturday -7 : 30am-4pm
Physical Demands : Mostly sedentary work duties require exerting up to ten pounds offorce occasionally and / or small amounts of force frequently.
Sedentary work typically involves sitting most of the time, but mayinvolve walking or standing for brief periods.
