A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to Medicare members.Key ResponsibilitiesAddress inquiries and resolve issues related to Medicare benefits and coverageReceive inbound calls and make outbound calls to members and other departmentsLocate and interpret benefit information and assist members with plan documentsRequired Qualifications2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insuranceExperience with Medicare plans and regulations is highly desirableMust have CPR CertificationPrior experience in a call center environment is preferred
