Machine Operator Assistant - Production Associate - 1st shift 5am-2pm

Our client is a leading supplier of industrial packaging products and services. Due to rapid growth within the company, we are currently seeking motivated candidates for Production Associate positions in Oshkosh, WI.

As a Production Associate, you will assist machine operators in producing products safely and efficiently, ensuring product quality and packaging requirements meet customer specification.

What you will do :

• Operate rack and saw in safe and efficient manner.
• Perform regular maintenance and preventative maintenance of winder using safe practices and procedures, including Lock-Out / Tag-Out
• Must be able to consistently stack cores on pallets and carts

What you Need :

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to show up for all scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand / walk / bend / lift continuously and perform physical tasks
