Associate General Counsel
Position Overview : The Associate General Counsel will manage and oversee commercial contracts, providing strategic legal advice to support business objectives and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts (supply, service, licensing, confidentiality).
- Provide legal advice on contract-related matters and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with business units for practical legal solutions.
- Develop contract management processes and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Resolve contract disputes and manage external counsel as needed.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership.
- years of experience in commercial contract law.
- Strong skills in drafting, negotiating, and analyzing contracts.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
