The Manager,Engineering supervises and provides technical direction to one or more implementation teams made up of software and test engineers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :

  • Designing, building, and releasingsoftware features and bug fixes for the Relias' platform as a senior engineer developer.
  • Leading and growing a team of software engineers in an Agile environment
  • Recommending strategies for complex technical problems
  • Developing domain and technology knowledge, including services, methodologies, strategies, standards, tools, and best practices for development processes.
  • Acting as an agile delivery lead and actively participatingin backlog management, sprint planning, feature refinement, agile

YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE :

  • 3 years leading, mentoring, and developing technical talent
  • 7+ years experience in software development
  • 2 - 5 years of .NET Core, C#
  • 1+ years of SQL Server
  • Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms
  • Experience with Agile methodology and SDLC
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • AZ 900 Certification and AZ204 Certification
  • Hands-on experience with system design, service-oriented architecture, and microservices
  • Strong understanding of the following technologies
  • Object Oriented languages such as C# or Java
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, and Angular
  • SQL Server or other relational databases
  • Public cloud-hosted solutions like Azure, AWS, GCP
  • Experience leading engineering teams and delivering using an agile methodology
  • Demonstratedcompetence in problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to mentor and grow a team of software engineers

IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE :

  • 1+ years of using a modern Front End frameworks (Angular, React, Svelte, etc.)
  • Experience with CI / CD, DevOps
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
