The Manager,Engineering supervises and provides technical direction to one or more implementation teams made up of software and test engineers.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :
- Designing, building, and releasingsoftware features and bug fixes for the Relias' platform as a senior engineer developer.
- Leading and growing a team of software engineers in an Agile environment
- Recommending strategies for complex technical problems
- Developing domain and technology knowledge, including services, methodologies, strategies, standards, tools, and best practices for development processes.
- Acting as an agile delivery lead and actively participatingin backlog management, sprint planning, feature refinement, agile
YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE :
- 3 years leading, mentoring, and developing technical talent
- 7+ years experience in software development
- 2 - 5 years of .NET Core, C#
- 1+ years of SQL Server
- Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms
- Experience with Agile methodology and SDLC
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- AZ 900 Certification and AZ204 Certification
- Hands-on experience with system design, service-oriented architecture, and microservices
- Strong understanding of the following technologies
- Object Oriented languages such as C# or Java
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, and Angular
- SQL Server or other relational databases
- Public cloud-hosted solutions like Azure, AWS, GCP
- Experience leading engineering teams and delivering using an agile methodology
- Demonstratedcompetence in problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to mentor and grow a team of software engineers
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE :
- 1+ years of using a modern Front End frameworks (Angular, React, Svelte, etc.)
- Experience with CI / CD, DevOps
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
