Job Description
Saint Luke's South is hiring a Clinical Coordinator for our OR at Saint Luke's South. This position assists the Clinical Nurse Manager in supervising planning organizing directing and coordinating the day to day operation of the unit including all personnel related aspects of the department.
Serves as a positive professional role model exhibiting clinical leadership independent judgement and decision making skills.
The Clinical Coordinator acts as a resource for the staff in the area of maintaining departmental records scheduling staff development and other special projects.
The Clinical Coordinator assesses learning needs and plans implements and evaluates educational activities for nursing staff in the department.
Serves as a clinical resource and change agent for staff in the promotion and support of the professional practice environment.
Must be full time and have the flexibility to meet the unit needs.
