Soni's growing client is seeing a Marketing Director to add to their thriving team. The role of the Marketing Director involves developing and executing strategic communication plans to leverage market opportunities and stimulate demand.
Responsibilities include establishing a dynamic, integrated marketing department focused on enhancing brand recognition and reputation, generating consistent sales leads, and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing investments.

Previous experience as an account leader in an advertising agency or managing ad agencies is preferred. Additionally, a successful track record of collaborative work with sales teams to boost sales leads and referrals is highly valued.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field from an accredited college / university.
- Minimum ten years of marketing experience required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated strong management skills with a minimum of five years supervising staff.
- Essential knowledge of marketing and sales principles and practices.
- Preferred experience in healthcare or aging services.
- Strong relationships with media outlets are advantageous.
Preferred :
Masters degree in related field.
Compensation : $160,000
