The Sage Groups’ client is seeking a Program Manager to support their Product & Lifecycle Marketing (PLM) team. You will report into the Director of Integrated Marketing and help to drive operational efficiency and efficacy across the team.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, compliance, legal, and product teams to develop new processes and program frameworks.
You will connect the dots between various teams and workstreams, facilitate communication among the PLM team, leadership, and the broader marketing group, and lead process improvements to enhance the PLM team’s speed and effectiveness.

Facilitate and manage the collateral submission, approval and prioritization process in partnership with L&C, bank teams, marketing, and product.
Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within organizational processes, implementing solutions to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely execution.
Support team planning processes, creating a connective tissue between company and marketing planning (quarterly and annually) by liaising with program managers and key stakeholders across the company.
Promote the adoption of business processes and best practices by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.
Build and maintain relationships with key PLM stakeholders and business partners to advance organizational goals.Track key program and project milestones to ensure progress, accountability, and on-time delivery.
Proactively identify program risks and escalate issues when necessary.Help prioritize projects with Marketing and Product Leadership based on impact, company objectives, and resources.Requirements :
7+ years in program management, preferably in a technology-focused environment at a tech, consumer finance or innovative, fast-paced CPG consumer brand.
Exceptional project management, organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Self-starter with a track record of driving seamless execution across complex programs with cross-functional teams.Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving, innovative ideas, and the ability to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.Experience using program management tools such as Jira, Asana, Notion, etc.Duration :
