About The Position
Job Title : CT Technologist Job Specialty : Radiology / Cardiology - CT Tech Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 3x12-Hour (07 : 00 - 19 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum of 2 years preferred, with work setting experience in Inpatient, ER, Community Hospital, PACS, and Contrast License : Valid State License required at the time of submission;
specific unit requirements may vary Certifications : BLS, ARRT, and MD Board of Physicians certified Must-Have : - Experience with Cerner documentation system- Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity- Flu vaccine Job Description : Perform CT scans including dry head, dry abdomen & pelvis, CT perfusions, CTA head and neck, CTA chests, and gastrointestinal bleeds- Work three 12-hour shifts or four 9-hour shifts during the daytime, with a weekend requirement of every other weekend- Conduct scans in various settings including inpatient, ER, and community hospitals- Utilize PACS for imaging and documentation- Wear appropriate scrubs (Wine top / Black bottoms)- Participate in required orientation and training modules- Maintain patient safety and adhere to medical protocols and standards- Provide exceptional care and accurate imaging results
