Job Description :
- Provide patient care in a telemetry unit.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement a plan of care for each patient.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Act efficiently during emergencies and perform life-saving interventions when necessary.
- Facilitate smooth transitions during shift changes by providing comprehensive reports to incoming staff.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Approved time off includes 11 / 27-12 / 1 and 12 / 27-12 / 29.
