Position : Leasing Agent
Locations : Tomball & New Caney
Pay : $20 per hour plus commissions
Benefits include :
- Commissions up to $500 on a lease-town and commissions up to 2.5% of the sales price on third party financing sales.

We are seeking two ambitious Leasing Agents to join our team in Tomball and New Caney. You will handle home sale activities at multiple manufactured home communities, including Lease To Own's and Third Party Financing.
Leasing Agent / Consultant Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following :
Handling new lease process from initial tour to move in. Including but not limited to meeting and greeting prospective residents, conduct property presentation, application processing, through closing and lease signing.
Daily follow up on leads ensuring all questions are answered
Conduct daily tour path and curb appeal inspections
Preparation of lease and move in paperwork
Completion of weekly traffic reports
Generate resident service requests and assist with general lease questions
Provide excellent customer service in effort of increasing resident retention
Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
Job Requirements :
Minimum 2 years leasing or sales experience
Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; computer savvy
