Associate Attorney

Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our busy law firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal services to our clients, including handling Personal Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Real Estate Litigation cases.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating transactional documents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle personal litigation, commercial litigation, and real estate litigation cases
- Draft and negotiate transactional documents
- Research legal issues and provide legal advice and counsel
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients on litigation and transactional matters
- Consult with and advise clients on various legal issues
- Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in court or in front of administrative agencies as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other attorneys
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in the state of Florida
- Knowledge and experience in personal litigation, commercial litigation, and real estate litigation
- Knowledge and experience in transactional law
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Spanish, Creole, Russian or Portuguese speaking ability is preferred, but not required
