This pivotal role is designed for an experienced finance leader who will spearhead strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, strategic planning, and business development, coupled with exceptional leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

As the Director of Strategic Finance & Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and business performance to identify opportunities for expansion and investment.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial planning with business strategy.
  • Lead financial modeling and forecasting efforts to inform decision-making.
  • Assess and optimize operational processes to drive efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and financial institutions.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic finance and business development roles.
  • Proven track record in financial analysis, strategic planning, and business growth.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
