About The Position
Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapist Job Specialty : Occupational Therapist Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday to Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week Experience : New graduates are welcome;
experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred. License : State License required Certifications : N / A Must-Have : Prescreen filled out and attached- Resume and license verification attached- Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results 48 hours prior Job Description : Ensure completion of prescreen, resume, and license verification for consideration.
- Candidates without required documents will be declined.- Conduct therapy sessions according to patient need and treatment plan.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.- Maintain patient records and documentation accurately.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress.- Conduct assessments and develop therapeutic interventions based on patient requirements.
- Perform duties adhering to healthcare regulations and safety procedures.- Conduct necessary background checks, including : - References (3) - County Criminal (7 years for all locations of residence and work) - Federal Criminal (7 years or more) - Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more) - Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more) - HHS / OIG Search - GSA Search - Social Security Number Trace - SAM Search - CORI Massachusetts Background- Complete 8 hours of Dementia Training prior to start.
