Life Enrichment Assistant

Position Summary : In this role, you’ll work closely with our Life Enrichment Director to enhance the daily lives of our community members.
Your key responsibilities will include :
Delivering Exceptional Service : Ensure the highest quality of customer service for our residents.
Engaging with Prospective Residents : Participate in visits and provide welcome orientations.
Organizing Programs : Plan monthly activities based on the Whole Person Wellness Model, incorporating at least 2 of the 6 experiences (Intellectual, Social, Emotional, Vocational, Spiritual).
Utilizing Technology : Use an iPad for resident engagement and to share photos on community TV and Facebook.
Managing Activities : Schedule and oversee weekend activities and events.
Transportation : Drive a 14-passenger bus for group events and personal appointments.
Decorations : Update seasonal and vacation decorations throughout the building.
Volunteer Program : Oversee and manage the volunteer program.
Emergency Notifications : Report any emergency situations to the Life Enrichment Director.
Additional Details :
Availability : Must be available on Saturdays and sometimes weekends.
Hours : Approximately 30 hours per week.
