Our expectations of you :
- Report to work on time and ready to work scheduled shifts.
- Keep a clean and organized work station before, during, and following service.
- Prepare all menu items according to recipe and meet Looking Glass Hospitality quality standards and specifications
- Follow all food safety procedures and regulations, including proper knife skills and safety
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- A positive and team-player attitude
- Participate in any restaurant meetings and / or training sessions
- Good communication with other team members
- A willingness to do whatever is needed to take care of our guests
- Physical Demands : This job requires standing for long periods of time and continuous movement such as bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.
