We need Registered Nurses (RNs) on Night Shift to join our team at Stonespring Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Care in Dayton, OH .

If so, you could be the next Registered Nurse to join our family. $34 to $40 Per Hour - Registered Nurse (based on licensure and experience) PLUS we offer additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts!! You'll Be Responsible For : Registered Nurse care, such as IV therapy, treatments, med administration, and other clinical needs according to physician’s orders and patient plan of care.

Performing comprehensive patient assessments within the scope of the RN nursing practice and responding to changes in patient conditions Overseeing the activities of the nursing assistants You'll Need To Have : Current Ohio RN (Registered Nurse) certification Strong documentation skills, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus Instructor-led CPR certification or willing to obtain upon hire.
