In this role, you will oversee the training and development of 4-6 salespeople, while also managing your own roofing projects.

With full control of your earnings, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of your team by maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and fostering future leaders within the company.

Key Responsibilities : Lead, mentor, and train teams of salespeople, guiding them through the sales and project management process.

Run leads and assist in selling, training the team by example through shadowing and real-world experience.Ensure team members meet KPIs, encouraging growth and development to build future managers.

Oversee the entire roofing sales and installation process, from inspecting roofs and assessing damage to coordinating with subcontractors and clients.

Manage relationships with insurance adjusters and ensure smooth claim processing.Conduct regular team meetings, provide updates, and offer strategic guidance to improve performance.

Climb roofs to inspect damage, and confirm all measurements using tools such as Eagleview.Be available for material runs and on-site troubleshooting to keep projects on track.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications : Proven experience in the roofing or construction industry, with a strong understanding of the sales and installation process.

Experience leading and mentoring sales teams, with a focus on maintaining KPIs and driving results.Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.

Familiarity with insurance claims and working with adjusters is preferred.Self-motivated, hungry for success, and capable of managing your own schedule and earnings.

Reliable vehicle (pickup truck preferred) and ladder (or telescoping ladder) to access roofs.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites within the DFW area.
