O SH, a physician-owned hospital, is looking for a full-time Customer Service Specialist to work Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p.

Job Mission : Responsible for providing customer service and support to Oklahoma Surgical Hospital’s patients and family.
Responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing information about their accounts and service, resolving customer issues independently and timely, understanding insurance benefits, ability to review an explanation of benefits and discuss with callers.
Occupational Experience : One to Two years experience in the medical field, hospital preferred.
Requirements / Qualifications : High School diploma or equivalent.
Specialty Knowledge Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of medical office terminology. Computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry skills and Insurance terminology
