ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As an Account Manager in our office, you are vital to our daily business operations and client experience. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and conversations.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- At least two years of client facing sales experience preferred
- Experience working with Home, Auto and Life Insurance preferred
- Pride in getting work done accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Dedicated to providing a stellar client experience
- Able to effectively relate to a customer and provide clear, succinct explanations of insurance coverages
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) an active Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licenses
