Knowledge, skills, education, and / or experience
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, public health, or a related field.
- Experience in program management and oversight within mental health services.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple service lines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Some experience in data analysis and reporting to monitor program performance.
- Familiarity with state regulations and compliance requirements related to mental health services.
Mandatory skills / certification(s) Requirement :
Minimum of two years of experience in mental health program management or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong leadership skills to oversee program implementation and staff coordination.
- Proficiency in standard office software and data management systems.
- Knowledge of confidentiality laws and ethical standards in handling sensitive client information.
Desired skills :
- Experience with program development and evaluation in mental health services.
- Familiarity with the Arrive Together Program and coordination with law enforcement agencies.
- Ability to identify issues proactively and develop effective solutions.
- Experience working with peer support models and family support programs.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting program data and making informed decisions.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Assist in the oversight and management of Early Intervention Support Services (EISS), Acute Care Family Support programs, and Peer Support Initiatives.
- Coordinate program activities and ensure alignment with departmental goals and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the Supervisor and Manager of IDP and Acute Care Services to monitor program performance and implement improvements.
- Serve as a liaison between service providers, stakeholders, and the department to facilitate effective communication.
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and present findings related to program outcomes and objectives.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions relevant to the service lines.
- Ensure all activities comply with state regulations and confidentiality requirements.
