IT Recruiter / Placement Specialist

The Provato Group is an IT Staffing and Technology Solutions firm that was founded in 2010 in Brecksville, OH. We support a wide range of clients and industries including Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Insurance and Automotive.

Position Summary
This position will be responsible for supporting client opportunities with resources for Full Time Placements, Contract Staff Augmentation and Project Services.
The day-to-day responsibilities include client calls, recruiting calls, candidate prospecting, interviewing candidates and general networking for potential opportunities and recruits.
Activities will include contacting clients and recruits via telephone, email, LinkedIn, Indeed and various other recruiting tools.
In-person meetings with recruiting candidates as well as client managers may be required.
The successful candidate will collaborate with our Sales and Recruiting teams to successfully identify client opportunities and source candidates.
We are seeking a recruiting professional that is customer focused with an existing network of relationships in Northeast, OH and surrounding communities.

Job Duties / Responsibilities
Work all networking channels to identify client opportunities in Full Time Placement and Staff Augmentation.
Collaborate with Sales team, Recruiting team and Provato leadership team to source potential candidates
Educate potential recruits on the benefits of Provato and client opportunities.
Meet / Deliver resources at client site as needed.
- Maintain the Provato repository of resumes to leverage throughout recruiting process.
- Maintain customer records and updates changes to ensure accuracy.
Develop, maintain and nurture current relationships
Maintain regular contact with recruits to answer questions and drive ongoing interest.

Job Requirements
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field.
Experience : Minimum (3) years of prior related experience in HR / Recruiting or Business Development
Skills & Abilities
- Experience in the IT staffing and consulting industry
- Proven track record in working with clients in support of Full-Time candidate placements
- Ability to leverage networking to identify client opportunities
- Experience in maintaining and managing client relationships
- Proven track record of building and maintaining effective recruiting prospect relationships
- Results-oriented with the ability to achieve and strive to exceed individual and organization goals
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Maintain accurate details of activity, accounts, opportunity and recruits on a daily basis
- Passion to learn new techniques and stay abreast of new technology in the client marketplace
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Confident, driven and self-motivated
- Occasional travel to local client locations to support ongoing sales efforts
- Strong prospecting, networking and follow-up skills are important
- Familiarity and general working knowledge of IT positions, skills and capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Excellent problem solving / decision making ability
- Experienced in building good cross-functional relationships with internal and external customers
- Professional certifications or association memberships is a plus
