Job Summary :
The Customer Service Representative at Closet Factory - Baltimore, MD is a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support for our clients.
As a part of our franchise team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries and concerns, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the franchise.
This is a full-time, hourly position based in MIDDLE RIVER, Maryland.
Compensation & Benefits :
This is an individual contributor role with a compensation range of $15 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities :
- Provide friendly and professional support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Answer inquiries about products and services, process orders, and resolve customer complaints
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
- Coordinate with the franchise team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining inventory, and updating customer information in the database
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
