Join the Jamboree Pediatric Dentistry team as a bilingual (Spanish) Front Desk Coordinator! We are looking for someone passionate about creating positive patient experiences and ensuring smooth front office operations.
As the first point of contact, you will ensure that patients, parents, and guardians feel welcome and prioritized.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with Medicaid, PPO, and other dental insurance plans.
- Prior experience in a dental, medical, or customer-facing environment is preferred but not required.
Key Skills :
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Customer-service oriented, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Effective verbal and written communication with staff and management.
- Proficiency in PC use and willingness to learn new software.
- Ability to travel between multiple office locations.
