Job Summary
We are working with an established, 35-year-old Corporate and Real Estate boutique law firm located in Addison, Texas (just north of Dallas), in their search for a 12+ years Commercial Real Estate Attorne y for an Of Counsel or Partner level role.
Experience should include representing real estate owners, developers, managers, investors, or brokers in the following types of transactions :
- Acquisition, sale, development, finance, and / or use of commercial real estate, including commercial, mixed-use, or multifamily real estate
- Complete understanding of the issues involved in the due diligence of various interests in real estate
- Comfort with financial / accounting issues related to commercial real estate
