Responsibilities
- Translate customer business / training requirements into functional and technical requirements.
- Manage client upgrades to new versions, including regression testing and remediation.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and resolution of support requests.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure compliance.
- Develop technical and business-level documentation.
Required Skills
- 2-4 years of experience with Vue 2 / 3.
- 1-3 years of experience with PHP.
- 1-3 years of experience with SQL & Data Model Design.
- Experience with Git-based source control.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with the Model-View-Controller design pattern.
- Advanced knowledge of Totara, Moodle, Drupal, or WordPress development.
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence).
- Exposure to the BeHat Testing Framework.
- Knowledge of AWS Services (e.g., Code family, Lambda, IAM, ACM).
