Seeking a BC / BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join one of the most progressive heart programs in the country!
The Practice :
- Compensation floor of $975K for first 2 years + $200K retention incentive after 4 years
- Robust Hospitalist team and Critical Care with 24 / 7 in-house coverage
- Duties include consults, hospital rounds and discharges
- Services include Cardiothoracic Surgeries, Vascular Surgeries & Device Implants
- Current team consists of 1 Physician & 2 APPs
- Signing bonus, relocation reimbursement, PTO, CME and paid malpractice with tail coverage
- Comprehensive benefits, including health, life, dental, vision, disability, and 401K retirement plan
