Front Desk Coordinator Needed

Able to juggle a whirlwind of tasks with ease, all while keeping a smile on your face and a calm, friendly demeanor? Our busy chiropractic office needs a motivated reliable new team member to help us give our patients a 5-star experience all the time, every time! You’ll be handling a lot of the important work to set the patient up for success.

As the first person to work with each patient during their appointment, you’ll be the one that shows them that we are there to serve them in every way we can.

This is a full-time position at our office offering the stability of a career in healthcare, with NO WEEKENDS!

No Experience Needed :

Prior medical office or chiropractic experience is a plus, but it’s certainly not required. We offer paid training for the right person with a great attitude, a helpful heart, and a love of learning to the Action Spine and Joint’s exceptional standard of care!

How will you make a difference?

You will have the honor to work in multiple areas within our practice, harnessing your ability to manage the administrative responsibilities required for accurate AND working with the patients.

This is a very interactive position and not just some desk job!

Some of your duties will include :

• Using your friendliest phone voice to answer calls and taking messages; document and address patient concerns; communicate therapy, care plans, supplements, and next steps as prescribed by our doctor and care team
• Manage the practice’s schedule; make appointments for patients, determine when the chiropractor is available, and confirm appointments to make sure patients are on time
• Reviewing and organizing patient medical charts for accuracy and authenticity
• Understanding and respecting patient privacy laws
• Taking the patient back to the exam room; performing workups (documenting vitals, patient feedback, neurological assessments);

assist with administering care plans / therapy; support team in patient care as needed

• Taking payments and applying them to patient accounts
• Consistent cross-training for optimal career growth
