Job Title : Registered Nurse - Adult Services Job Specialty : Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - Critical Need Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : 12 hours, 07 : 00 AM to 07 : 30 PM Guaranteed Hours : 36 per week Experience : Minimum 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience License : Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications : - Basic Life Support - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Must-Have : - Valid Nursing License- Relevant Experience- Required Certifications Job Description : Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments based on physician orders.- Operate and monitor medical equipment, and perform diagnostic tests.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.- Maintain detailed patient records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field- Two years of recent ICU nursing experience- NIH Stroke Scale Certificate- CCRN Certification- Experience with Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent preferred
