Supply Chain Manager
Job brief
We are lookingfor an experienced supply chain manager to join one of ourhealthcare industry client to ensure their supply chain andlogistics operations function properly.
In thisrole youll collaborate with other departments such as Operationsand Finance to create effective business plans so teamwork skillsare important.
You should also have experience in projectmanagement as well as great leadership and communicationability.

Responsibilities
- Createthe companys supply chain strategy
- Analyze datafrom shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks andother issues
- Evaluate and report on KPIs
- Monitor logistics to make sure they runsmoothly
- Maintain supply chain inventory andrecords
- Train and guideemployees
- Find costeffective solutions forsupply chain processes
- Resolve issues that comeup (e.g. delays in deliveryaccidents)
- Collaborate with other departmentsto create coordinated plans for businessgrowth
- Develop and implement safety guidelinesin all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucksforklifts)
- Ensure supply chain processes meetlegal requirements and standards
- Communicateand negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitabledeals
Requirements andskills
- Previous experience as asupply chain manager or in a similarfield
- Excellent knowledge of supply chainprocesses
- Working experience of relevantsoftware (e.g. SAP MM)
- Strong communicationskills
- Excellent organizational and projectmanagement skills

- Degree in Supply Chain ManagementLogistics or similarfield
