Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Travel OB Registered Nurse (RN) to support one of our valued Critical Access Hospital partners near Coleman, Texas . This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality care while exploring the charm of rural Texas.

Position Highlights

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Shift Options : Day Shift – 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s

Hours : 40 hours scheduled per week

Setting : Critical Access Facility – Outpatient & Inpatient OB Services

Pay : Up to $2,500 per week (including stipends)

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to obstetric patients throughout labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care.

Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.

Monitor mother and infant conditions, administer medications, and educate patients and families on care plans.

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold hospital policies and procedures.

Education & Certification Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state eligibility.

Minimum 1–2 years of recent OB / Labor & Delivery experience preferred.

BLS and ACLS certifications required.

NRP and STABLE certifications strongly preferred.
