Position Overview : We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The RN will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our students, promoting health education, and fostering a supportive and inclusive clinic environment.
Responsibilities :
- Provide nursing care, assessment, and treatment to students presenting with various health concerns and conditions.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and other prescribed treatments following established protocols and guidelines.
- Perform health screenings, physical assessments, and triage to determine appropriate care and referrals.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, counselors, and other staff members to ensure holistic care and support for students.
- Participate in health education initiatives, workshops, and outreach programs aimed at promoting wellness and preventive healthcare practices among students.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records / documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.
- Adhere to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and best practices in nursing care delivery.
Qualifications :
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
