Job Title : Wholesale Data Entry Clerk

PAY : $19 / hr.

Schedule : 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m., Monday - Friday but flexible to work OT and Saturday

Location : Irving, TX

Fully remote when training is complete, other than monthly team meetings

Position Overview :

In this role, you will be responsible for extracting data from auctions, organizing it into an Excel template, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure the data is accurately posted.

Your key responsibility will be to cross-reference auction data with posted information, identify any discrepancies, and correct complex errors.

Training will be provided on specific processes, but a solid understanding of Excel and data management is required.

Key Responsibilities :

Extract and consolidate data from various auctions into pre-defined Excel templates.

Email auction data to internal teams for processing and posting.

Review posted data to ensure it aligns with original auction data, performing thorough cross-referencing and verification.

Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, including complex errors in the postings.

Collaborate with the posting team to ensure accuracy and provide feedback or updates as needed.

Maintain organized records of auction data, posting results, and corrections made.

Suggest process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in the data handling workflow.

Provide support on ad-hoc tasks and projects related to wholesale data management.

Qualifications :

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data entry, and error-checking .

Previous experience working with data management or inventory systems is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to detect errors and discrepancies.

Excellent communication skills for emailing data and collaborating with team members.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills, especially with complex data errors.

Experience in wholesale, auction data, or automotive industry preferred but not required.

10-Key 10,000 KSPH, Typing 40 WPM, Attention to Detail 95% or Higher
