Executive Airport Front Desk Associate

As a Customer Relations Specialist (CRS), you will be the first person customers see when they enter the facility as you will be standing at the front desk greeting customers and answering any of their requests or needs.
Key Responsibilities : Interact daily with customers, colleagues, and vendors, maintaining a courteous and positive demeanor.
Assist customers with various requests, including fuel orders, aircraft scheduling, catering arrangements, and reservations.
Accurately enter data for invoicing and payment processing. Maintain the appearance of the facility and ensure passenger areas are clean and stocked.
Build customer loyalty through exceptional service. Greet customers warmly and handle telephone inquiries efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of passenger areas.
Provide information and directions to customers as needed. Promote company services and programs to customers.Experience and Skills Required : High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two years of face-to-face customer service experience. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through on tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Background in aviation required from FBO / private jets / chartered flights / major airports / airliners acceptable. Flight attendant experience doesn't qualify.
