The role of the Registered Nurse at the Hebrew Home at Riverdale by RiverSpring Living, a world renowned long term care organization located in Riverdale - North Bronx, is eligible for a prorated sign on bonus.
All Part timer RN will receive prorated awards (half the amount at the end of 2 Month Probation and half the amount at their (1) One year Anniversary, less applicable taxes).
his position assigns tasks and responsibilities within the framework of their scope of practice and provides care directions to the Licensed Practical Nurses and the Certified Nurse's Aides.
We currently have PT 14 hour positions available for our variable shifts, including weekends and weekdays.
Night Shift - 11 pm - 7 am
Responsibilities :
The Registered Nurse will observe, record and report resident data according to policy and procedure. . Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
Ensure that the appropriate documentation concerning unauthorized discharges is entered in the resident’s medical record in accordance with established procedures.
Assist the day-to-day activities performed by the licensed practical nurse and the certified nurse’s aides.
Qualifications :
Must possess a current NYS RN license and registration, BLS certified, has graduated from an approved RN program, and has experience in a hospital / long-term care setting.
Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and writing skills essential. Must be competent with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR).

Compensation : $58.6359 Hourly
