This is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). Residents do NOT require skilled care; your job is a little different here :
- Residents are more independent
- LOVE patient interaction and one-on-one time? This is a slower paced center so you get to know your patients.
- This environment has less lifting and less physical demands on your body.
- You will have the chance to assist and attend activity outings with residents.
- You may help residents with things like choosing clothing or setting appointments.
- Overall you will provide compassionate care monitoring to this unique population.

Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) : officially we title this job a Certified Nursing Assistant, but in other centers it may be called a CNA or Certified Nurse Aide.
What we need from you :
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in IL
- Prior experience or desire to work with behavioral population would be helpful
