Labor and Employment Sr. Attorney/Partner
On behalf of our client, a midsized firm in California, JCW is seeking a senior employment litigation attorney with 10-15+ years of experience doing employment defense.
The firm is looking to rapidly grow its L&E practice group, so this is an exciting time to join and help build the practice from the ground up.
This opportunity is available at either a senior attorney or partner-level. No portable book of business required.
This is a remote position, but you must be based in California.
Duties include : Performing legal research, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, drafting and responding to discovery and pleadings, etc.
Required qualifications :
- Admitted to practice in CA.
- 10-15+ YOE in employment defense litigation.
- Expertise in PAGA / class actions.
