Salary : Start at $85k Service Area : Multiple Cities in a Regional Assignment Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm (with rotation every 6th weekend)

The RN Visit Nurse is responsible to plan, organize and direct home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education / experience.
The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.
Qualifications : One to two years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting. One year of home health care experience preferred.
