We are seeking a patent agent to join our Intellectual Property Group of over 40 professionals, to be based in one of our Midwest offices, with the opportunity to work remotely in a hybrid environment.
Preferred candidates will have :
- Patent prosecution experience *A strong technical background and education in chemistry or chemical engineering or related field
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
- Strong academic / professional credentials
- Registration to practice with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office *J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School *Active attorney license in at least one U.
S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly become licensed in IA, MN, ND, or WI
