Green Bear Solutions is a leader in renewable energy solutions, and we're seeking a dedicated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence and driving sales for our innovative roofing and solar products in your designated territory.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, develop new business opportunities, and work collaboratively with our sales team.
Your ability to understand market dynamics and customer needs will be key to achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals
- Identify and engage potential customers through various outreach methods
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to management
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in territory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
