We're seeking a dynamic individual with 5+ years of extensive litigation experience to join the team. If you're passionate about ESI, Discovery, collaboration, trial support, and mentorship, this is your chance to shine and elevate your skills in a welcoming environment!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Certification : ABA-approved paralegal certificate or attorney declaration under BPC 6450.
  • Prior trial experience; not just trial prep.
  • Experience : At least 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal with a deep understanding of Federal and State court rules and procedures.
  • Document Review : Expertise in managing complex document review projects for both civil and criminal cases.
  • Discovery Planning : Proven experience in collaborating with attorneys to develop effective discovery plans and document review protocols.
  • Subpoena Preparation : Extensive experience in preparing and serving subpoenas in both State and Federal courts.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Relativity, RelOne, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Trial Director, Sanction, Lexis CaseNotebook, and Westlaw / Lexis.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Strong decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational abilities with a talent for strategizing, developing, initiating, and executing case management strategies.
  • Team Player : Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Top Experience : Trial and ESI experience.
