Your Role

You'll work independently, using your hands-on skills to solve problems and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your daily responsibilities will include :

• Performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks across residential properties.
• Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Handling carpentry and building repairs with precision and care.
• Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies with efficiency.
• Keeping an organized inventory and ensuring all tools and supplies are ready for action.

What We're Looking For

Required

Must own a reliable truck and a set of commonly used tools for various apartment maintenance tasks.

Preferred

Certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical fields.

Schedule
