A company is looking for a B2B SaaS Senior Account Executive / Team Lead.Key Responsibilities : Build a pipeline of opportunities from inbound and outbound leads, covering the full sales cycleClose deals with a focus on net revenue added each month and manage upsellsCreate processes, playbooks, and mentor team members while serving North America-based clientsRequired Qualifications : Minimum 3 years of experience in a SaaS Account Executive role focused on the SMB sectorExperience in high-velocity, high-volume sales environments with inbound and outbound motionsExperience coaching, mentoring, and leading sales professionals, preferably in a US-based client settingNative or close to native English skills and familiarity with relevant platforms like Hubspot, Totango, or GongTeam leader or sales coach experience is a plus
