This internship will provide you with theopportunity to earn college credits while learning the ins and outsof the recruiting process from experiencedprofessionals.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle includingjob postings resume reviews candidate screenings and interviewscheduling.
- Support the recruitmentteam in coordinating and conductinginterviews.
- Help manage candidaterelationships and provide timely communication toapplicants.
- Assist in maintainingand updating the applicant tracking system(ATS).
- Collaborate with teammembers to develop and implement effective recruitmentstrategies.
- Participate in careerfairs and networking events to promote internship opportunities andattract talent.
- Perform otheradministrative tasks as needed to support the recruitmentprocess.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university programpreferably in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
- Strong interest in staffingand recruiting.
- Excellentcommunication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and socialmedia platforms.
- Strongorganizational skills and attention todetail.
- Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and take on newchallenges.
